Arrival in Pazin. Accommodation at the hotel and tour of the city. Visiting Pazin Castle which houses an ethnographic museum and a museum of the city of Pazin and the Pazin Cave and a castle on its cliffs. Free time for sightseeing some of the hiking trails, return to the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel and a tour of the interior of Istria rich with little old Istrian cities and towns in the hills surrounded by vineyards, cellars and various gastronomic rural households. A visit to the small town of Beram which dates back to the Iron Age and town Tinjan, which is a historic fortress, today the site of Istrian delicacies. Then follows a visit Grožnjan, known as the village of artists, Motovun – the city on a hill with many cultural attractions and Buzet – the city of cultural heritage and ethno restaurant menus.
Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, a tour of the coastal part of Istria, old small stone towns: town of Poreč, which has found its place on the UNESCO list with its Euphrasian Basilica, the city of Rovinj in which old buildings rise out of the sea, the city Fažana, a small fishing village that dates back to the period before Christ and the ancient city of Pula with its Roman Coliseum, third of its kind in the world.
